This special cottage has two bedrooms with king-sized beds, two bathrooms each with walk in shower, a queen size pull-out couch in living room, and an electric fireplace in living room.
Outside, you can experience beautiful gardens, three different patios, a small waterfall, BBQ, hammocks & fire pits. And one addition that’s not true to the stories, but that we’re definitely not mad about?
A hot tub!
Oh, and you can even ask them to create your very own ring quest to do while visiting! Some things to note: no children under 12 or pets are allowed, and no parties. The house has been met with five stars for all 109 reviews calling it “a marvel of a place,” “a must-stay,” and “is so charming and pull will at the heart of strings of any Tolkien fan.”
